S. Raj Mohan

He has over twenty one years experience in the Strategic, Business Transformation and IT Consulting Services engagements. Prior to founding Align Biz in April, 2006 he has been working with Sun Microsystems, IBM Global Services and TVS group with little over five years in each of these organizations in Senior Management Roles. His core expertise are in the area of
Strategic Consulting, Business Transformation, IT Strategy Planning, Outsourcing and Organizational Change Management. In his two decades of experience, he had engaged with some of the largest Fortune 500 organizations in providing the services in the above Business and IT Services area. He had been certified by some of the world's largest consulting organizations for his Business Transformation Skills. He had structured billion dollar outsourcing deals for ten years long term contracts.
He has founded Align Biz Technologies Pvt. Ltd (formerly known as Softwire Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd) in April, 2006 and grown the business to US$6 Million in the last two and half years.
Rajmohan is responsible for Align Biz Strategic Business Direction, Strategic Long-term Outsourcing Deals, Funds and Strategic Alliance Management
He is the Founder Chairman and CEO of Align Biz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Rajmohan has a Masters Degree in Operations Research from NIT, Trichy (Gold Medalist) and Masters in Business Administration.

She has over eighteen years in the Entrepreneurial, Education, IT and HR Services engagements. Prior to co-founding Align Biz in April 2006, she has been successfully running an HR Services organization since, 1998 which was providing premium services to leading IT and ITES clients in India, Middle East and US. Prior to the HR Services Organization, she was running a IT Training Institute as a Profit Center Head for Aptech Franchisee Division for over three
years. Prior to this she had run a DTP as an entrepreneur from the time, she completed her Masters in Computer Application. Her Core expertise are Entrepreneurial, Planning, People Management, Operations and Financial Management.
She has been successfully supporting the revenue growth by providing, efficient Business and Service Delivery Operations Management, Financial Management and People Management.
She is the Co-founder and President of Align Biz Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
