Assess
The objective of this phase is to understand the Client's Current IT Architecture (Infrastructure, Connectivity and Continuity), and Analyze them to identify the areas where the existing IT Architecture can be leveraged and start the support of existing IT Architecture. In this phase, the current Operational Processes for delivering the IT services will also be assessed.
Define
The objective of this phase is to Engineer and Define the Enterprise IT Architecture that is required to support the Enterprise Application Architecture. In this phase, the required operational processes for enhanced IT Services will also be defined.
Deploy
The objective of this phase is to provide Architecture Translation Services and Project Manage the Architecture roll-out through Systems Integration organization. Also, the required IT Operational Processes will be rolled out using our Infrastructure Management Tools, and Skilled Resources deployment.
Manage
The objective of this phase is to ensure Continuous IT Architecture Alignment and Improvement and the corresponding IT Service Management for sustaining the alignment to Business Processes and Enterprise Applications.
